Does it matter?
He could take all the anabolics on planet Earth, and he'd still look (compared to other pros) less than stellar. He obviously does NOT have the genetics for mega-size; he turned pro as a bantamweight. Furthermore, unlike another bantamweight National champ, Marvin Ward, Ken Jones, doesn't have great shape and proportions to compensate for his lack of mass.
