Im all for fun but Ken Jones is officially terrible and is a waste to everybodys eyes. Oh and Kai Greene? I have never seen a guy take so damn long to hit a side chest. Watch the prejudging this guy takes a century to hit each pose. I mean I was screaming at the pc for him to hit his poses already. I could have fed my daughter, went to the post office, the grocery store, the gym, and drove home before he hit his side chest. Its not fun or elegant its pathetic.

Maybe too serious. But you said "COMPETITION" and is Ken Jones competitive? Uh no. If we were watching kids play baseball it is all about fun. But this is men's professional bodybuilding. Darrem can pose, Melvin and King can entertain also. I ENJOY their routines actually. But everyone knows that Ken Jones is wasting all of our time. Im not being too serious on that. Ive been laughing at my computer since I just downloaded the night show and watched his routine. But he is an idiot. Its like Nasser going out there. Is he having fun? No, he actually thinks he can compete. Sad.
