Oh, I had King at pobably 7 or 8th last night. 6th was generous, IMO. He was lean, but seemed flat.

King, can you post some of those pics from the last 3-4 weeks when you were lean but fuller? The ones that disgusted has been going crazy over.

Other than sarcasm, goatnuts and a couple more losers, I actually think most of you are okay. Seriously guys, look at your lives and your contributions to this sport and you will see you have done nothing but destroy what little clout we have in this world. All you do is bash and bash and none of you have the guts to even post your pics or even admit you have and will never even compete at the local show.

I came a couple points away from qualifying for the Olympia and whether you like to believe it or not many thought I beat Willmore... Not making it up, just stating the facts. After last year (12th at he San Fran) This was a huge step up for me. My body is changing and I have to make adjustments to get it back on track. I really believe I did well yesterday and my new trainer and I will sit down next week and see what we can do to keep improving.

Remember, if I can make the same types improvements as I did this time, I will be just that much better the next time. Do yourselves and the sport a favor and think before you post and bring a little class back to this already fucked up industry. I know some of you will never change but most of you can and will... Stop the bashing and start learning and maybe one day you too will step on stage and see how hard it really is.

Personally, I don't hate on king's physique. He obviously has a better physique than me ( he is an ifbb pro for god sake!)
I think if I saw King in person I would think he looks really big and shredded.

Now the reason I am hating on King is his attitude.He talk shit about everybody. He talk shit about guy that place and look better.

King, if you are gonna be at the Montreal Pro in the muscletech booth, I will come and say this to you. Maybe you are a cool guy in person and you only talk shit about the other competitors for the "publicity".
I don't know... anyway I think he got the placing he deserved yesterday. I had him anywhere from 6th to 8th

but I have a problem with Wilmore being in the top 5

King, I think it was pretty close from 4th to 7th place and easilty could have changed hands. You came in good condition and that was the main thing for a successful comback . Keep working on the weak points (everyone has 'em). You seem to have the right positive mentle attitude to stay in this game.I am only sorry I missed some great on stage pose downs / comparisons.

Ironneck: Horvath has a great front doublebicep and excellent shape but I will much harder, more muscular, and beat him in almost every other pose we have. Does that answer your question.

Hedgehog: Refer to above and also on a personal note, could you please post a recent picture of yourself so I can see what and who is a moderator and local expert on bodybuilding.. It's only fair because you know who I am and what I look like, Right?

And equally major problem with Shahriar being in the top 16.

How did you feel about Shawn Ray commenting on your Abdominal Distention over and over again? Why did you give yourself a wedgy at least twice during your posing routine? Why don't you perform your front double bicep with a vacuum so that your waist will look smaller instead of squeezing your abs which makes your waist look very large and destroys your taper in that pose?

King finished 6th. Think about all the competitors that finished ahead of him (Some quality bodybuilders) . This was his first show after a time away, and hisphysique improved a lot. As anyone knows that competed, your body usually improves and gets better as you do more shows, you get dialed in - as long as your persistant and arent floundering around between contests.

Shawn Ray was very biased in his narration yesterday. He had the gall to praise willmore for his VYO contract, but used the word 'distension' repeatedly when talking about King.

Kings forst 2 outings were phenomenal, yet even he must agree that he has gone right off the radar in the last few years. Hes ruined a championship calibre physique for the sake of what exactly? How can it all go so wrong? Look at his debut and look at him now, its unbelieveable. Atleast back then he could back up his rants by beating the top tier

What: Who's McFarland? Vince can say what he wants... I respect the fact that he posted his real name and picture...That shows guts. We might not see things in the same light but he is entitled to his opinion as a competitive bodybuilder.

My take.................... .. KING looked great (had a "lil" stomach bloat, but nothing that can't be taken care of)

King was bigger/harder than i have seen him, his color was spot on, he looked thick (like he had been doing a lotta "heavy basic exercisers"), this was a bigger and better King than we have seen.

I liked his agressive attitude (the man's a warrior!)

Overall ..... great comeback (look foward to your next stage showing)

ordered your "back with a vengance" DVD ............(lol actually Laura ordered it for me)\

Last year, DJ was considered a top tier athlete and would have been a star in this show. Last year DH was near top tier, and would have been a star in this show. last year there was no rookie phenom named phil heath.

This year' s NY Pro had a strong lineup.

That's me 2 years ago and I was competing in the "Junior Division"... not Open..... Junior. The "JUNIOR DIVISION" is for people NOT READY TO COMPETE IN THE OPEN DIVISION BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH YET AND LACK THE EXPERIENCE!!!

Kamali talked trash, pushed people on stage, and basically was an asshole yesterday. As a PRO Bodybuilder, he has no excuse. Now one thing I will say that even though Shawn Ray had a bet with Sean Mahoney, I think it was pretty tasteless to announce it at the end of the show in front of the audience.
