Coleman had great biceps, no doubt. Maybe the best biceps ever.

You know what's funny Kiwi?

i remember seeing those ads in the back of M+F when i was a kid and through the years the measurement got bigger. The first time i saw it i was like 12 years old and it said 19 inches, and through the years it went to 20, then 21

Never knew that, lol. I only saw his ads a couple of times back in the 90s and it mentioned 20". Of course, back then, I had no idea that the mags weren't exactly the gospel of truth.

I know, it's weird. I do remember the ads in FLEX and M&F that always said "The first man to build 20" arms". Groink has a point.

No best arm thread is complete without this man. Awesome show stopping peak, sinew busting striations, incredible seperation and vascularity.

Arnold had some amazing biceps. I have never seen any other pro's out there with as much fullness and peak as Arnold's biceps.
