Barbeque sauce has a minumum of 13 grams of sugar and 20 carbs in 2 tbs. No one outs just 2 small tbs of sauce on anything, so just 3 meals of chicken your getting over 30 grams of sugar, just from sauce.
Little things count limiting factors such as sauce, come into play sometimes.
