Hey gang,

   I now have posted on my site 6 short videos of an APA sanctioned benchpress meet in Shreveport, LA. Pay particular attention to one video of a guy attempting to press over 500 plus pounds and his left hand slips from under the bar and the weight lands on his chest!! But he`s a trooper, he stays in the competition. http://www.labodybuilding.com

Those spotter were way to laxed!!! The one video the guy in blue does not even have his hands under the bar. Gotta be a better spotter!!!!

Thanks, I`ve got more pictures to post when I get a free minute. I`ll also be shooting photos at the Cajun Classic bodybuilding show on June 10 in Shreveport,La. I`m going to all the Louisiana shows this year as I have the official La bodybuilding site, so I get free VIP tickets to ALL the shows!! I don`t have to pay a dime.    Good work if you are lucky enough to get it!!
