Folks,
I wanted to get some of your opinion. Some people do the following:
1) Cut water Friday afternoon
2) Friday evening at pizza (salty with lots of meat)
3) Saturday morning the load up on bacon, eggs, and pancakes
Then later that day then compete say (10:00 AM or so).
I'm not big on this idea. I figure if you look good eating clean, why change it by throwing something completely different at your body? It seems like a gamble. If you've busted your but through 12-16 weeks of prep, why take the gamble.
Thoughts?
