...although being wealthy doesn't hurt, ...it's not a pre-requisite,

Rich is plentiful, well-rounded, full-bodied... ie: a rich cup of coffee, a rich sense of humour, a rich life.
Think of it in terms of cooking. ie: a rich sauce... there's a lot to it. A guy with a rich life is one who likes to go places, do things, experiences and enjoys life to the fullest. He's not some one-trick pony who eats, sleeps, poops, and wants to shag.

Wealthy is just lots of money. See the difference.

WE.....WE......at what point did I give any new person either male or female the right to bring in new members? there is a hiarchy in this group and unless your me or Guardian or sometimes migs nobody gets to call a vote or use the term we in regards to the direction of MY BKS....
