Ahhh yes.... the philosophy of my Taijutsi training. It complements my KM very well.  :)

We're supposed to get a break from the heat today in Maryland - only a high of 93 with some thunder storms vs. the ball busting 99 degrees and a heat index around 105.

I tried one of those. To salty. I had to drink a gallon of water to flush my body out.  :P
