I went to Starbucks and got an apple fritter and a grande triple toffee nut latte with skim milk and whip cream.

I should be shaking like a marital aid right now but I could probably nap for a couple of hours. $:-\$

Plain bagel with cracked pepper turkey and eggs, large coffee light and sweet, fresh from the shithole bagel store next door. If it were not for the girls behind the counter I'de never buy from that dump. Ahhh breakfast of champs.

3 scoops of protein powder and nothing else yet since I had my mind on a big meeting today, lunch is exciting in a few, water, protein drink and bar at my desk...wow I am so excited.
