had kabobs yesterday, so think its back to protien drink and bar at the desk today..sucks.

I just ate a turkey club sandwich on toasted rye bread with a side of potato salad.

Absolutely! Because a lunch of protein bars and protein shakes sound much more appetitizing than the garbage I put into my pinoy belly.  :)

Last night my wife made pork loin with a cream of celery gravy served over white rice with peas and onions. That's my lunch for tomorrow.  ;D

It depends on the school.

In  Columbia, Maryland it's broken up in the following age groups:

KMX Kids: 7-12 yrs old
KM Teens: 13-16 yrs old
Adult: 17+

We just had a two day seminar with Nick Hughes (founder of the FIST system: http://www.fightsurvival.com/instructors.html) on advanced fighting techniques and fighting multiple attackers last weekend. A lot of emphasis on traditional martial arts and incorporating that into practical self defense arts like KM and FIST. Bottom line: the man is a walking agent of f**king death. If you ever get a chance to attend any of his seminars I highly recommend it.

W8tltr, I know tongue sangwiches are yucky.  But okay next time I write a scene, I'll make sure there are some impalings and war chants and stuff... I'm going down to Holt's now to find a girl to tickle and kiss...
