Still...how they were raised or what they expierenced in their younger years doesnt mean crap to me...overall, I have to go with the FACT across the board...doesnt matter their social status, race, religion, creed, socioeconomic situation...women like the jerks...and never respect good men. They just dont!

Not ALWAYS true I know...it isnt an exact science but its a pretty safe bet. You want a woman to make YOU her world...treat her like garbage. Want her to NOT respect you and walk all over you and take you as a fool? Treat her good.

It sounds like something out of a paralell(sp?) universe but its true! The less respect you give a woman the MORE you get back.

As long as you're involved with the "Jenny" types, that will often be the case. Some of these women will eventually come to their senses. The question simply is how many times will they get burned (literally and figuratively) before that happens.

If what you say were completely true, I wouldn't be married now, and an adorable little toddler would not be tearing my house to shreds, as we speak.

It goes back to what I've said before. Being a self-centered jerk is hardly a pre-requisite for being a succesful bodybuilder, which is why I find the Animal ads extremely ridiculous. And, bodybuilding should be an enjoyable thing; it certainly is to me. I've seen people getting root canals with better attitudes than the one McGrath is portraying in those pics.

Grant Michaels, money aside, and not to hate, but come on...if women were that concerned about how much money a guy makes in LA, then being a male pornstar ain't the way to reel em in either. #1 You are the target auidence for this ad. That being said, you guys have still given it a ton of press on here

#2 Universal does well oversea's, probably better than they do domestically. Maybe this ad is big overthere, who knows.

#3 The girl in the ad has herpies, that is why he isn't hitting it. Animal Pak can do everything for you, but cure you favorite STD.

I think you misunderstood where I was coming from. I was never trying to convey that any porn star had a better chance than the financially broke bodybuilder (conveyed by McGrath) in the ad.

The focus of this discussion never had anything to do with me. It had to do with the THEME of the Animal Pak marketing campaign.

My point was that women (especially in LA) are mainly concerned with a man's financial status and well-being far more so than where he might place at the next NPC show.

That being said many women are not even concerned with how, or where, a man may have made his money. Just has long as he has it.

The gist of these silly Animal (Universal) ads is that it takes this type of boorish, fiscally irresponsible, and utterly stupid behavior to be a champion bodybuilder. That is completely ridiculous.

Again, I refer you to the examples of 4-Time Mr. Universe, Bill Pearl, and 8-time Mr. Olympia, Lee Haney.

They didn't treat their loved ones like garbage, live in a rat-shack, or make bone-headed financial decisions all for the sake of bodybuilding.

Sex is the seller. Lots of the teens and young guys who this stuff is marketed at are definatly wanting sex, so they gear up on Universal products to get some....cause the guy in the ad is. Maybe they dont see it right away looking at the ad but the seed is planted.
