Haha - just a little joke.
Seriously tho - what is the biggest you completely natural trainers have ever gotten your biceps.
I'll start the ball rolling - when I was completely natural I got them up just a shade over 18'' (they were around 12.5/13'' when I started and I'm 6'4'' with very long limbs).
Of course it depends on your structure to begin with but the general consensus around my old gyms was that 19'' or over was just about impossible without gear.
If you have managed that or bigger please post your general arm workout too.

almost 19'' cold, pumped ?i'm 5'7'' 231lb so far natural but i'm leaning toward the dark side oh also i'm a type one diabetic but I don't know how much insulin helps after 14 years ???

txhulk - that's pretty impressive at 5'7''.
Interesting about being insulin dependent.
I had a friend in high school who was also type one who already had a good build prior to bb. Once he started training he ballooned, he also figured the insulin may have helped that. As I recall he had excellent arm development although probably because when he first began training that was pretty much all he trained (like most of us).

thanks and i'm endo-meso morphic so its not like i'm ripped but i'm descent sized and preety strong but i'm willing to bet that insulin played its role I just measured my legs and their at 28 inches just curious but are my measurements right for being my height and weight ???

I got up to 19".  at a ht. 6' and wt. 230lbs.  That was in Feb.  as I am getting ready for a contest my dieting has brought them down to 18"and sum change.
