Chris really needs Dorian. He just cannot focus, even without his cell phone handy! Yates definitely has his hands full but I'd wager he can still keep him in check.

I've been through a divorce/custody battle that lasted three years. Aside from how some bitch might make you mad it's the stress and worry that you go through over your kids that kills you. I can understand how he could not be focused and that also kind of explains why he flipped out on Lee Priest. I guarantee you will see him at his best after staying with Dorian to get ready this year....no distractions and pure hardcore surroundings (temple gym). As for the black guys being lazy thing...I have trained with a lot of black guys who are good friends of mine. The ones who are lazy...it shows...the ones who work hard...it shows. Same as anybody else. I know white guys that don't even have to do cardio to get shredded for shows, and some who have to do 2 hrs a day from like 12 weeks out. You are going to have genetic freaks in every race. On another note...JaeJonna...if that is a pic of you..then you do have some pretty good size and from what I can see in pants and a shirt on you probably have a pretty good physique. I can give credit where it is due...

Hey ANAL...this morning I took this examination to be a FF in Chicagoland...who were all the ones who showed up late for the exam? YOU GUESSED IT! Who were all the ones whos cell phones were blowing up through the duration of the whole exam...after many many times of being told by all the instructors to turn ALL cell phones OFF!!!! Uh huh...right again! Who were the first ones DONE with the exam...and who were the ones sitting there staring at the exam as we were all walking out? Yep!

Middle of the exam...phone blows up here was the conversation..." hello...who dis? huh? yea yea....say whaaa? im taking this test....yea to be a fireman...huh? yea yea...huh?...shiiit...huh?" then a proctor corrected him...then ANOTHER announcement about turning the cell phones OFF!!!

in the extra scenes Mits showed that Chris had left his lifting belt and water bottle in the gym. During his workout he saw them, laughed, and said he had forgotten them there the day before. Just goes to show how much his mind wasnt really into it.

As for black people being lazy, that's a bunch of bullshit plain and simple. Some people are lazy and some work hard - race has nothing to do with. it. I have a close coworker from Congo who came to Canada two years ago and he works tremendously hard. He speaks French and didnt know any English when he got here. Now he's completely fluent. He also spent his entire time working hard to send money home and managed to get his family into Canada. That shit ain't easy.

Chris: After a set...takes a breathe...cell goes off probably to some new/current hip hop tune...Im gonna guess..'tryin to catch me ridin' dirty...tryin to catch me ridin dirty...' Typical. I'm 99% positive thats his ring-tone. 15 minutes pass...someone like YATES or COLEMAN or HANEY already finished their last set or another one at least with their minds strictly into their goal...
