David Henry II really impressed me in his segment. Now there is one strong-ass, hard working brotha. Dude was working out the day after the Olympia with 3 hrs of sleep. The guy did incline flyes with 115 lbs dumbells for heaven's sake! Damn!

He was just busting out set after set with barely any rest in between the whole workout. Dude couldnt sit still for 2 seconds he was so pumped. Kept sniffing too. Working out with a cold? That's Animal, baby
