Here is a typical CORMIER day in the gym...let me illustrate 'INTENSITY PERSONIFIED' for everyone here...

Arrives about 6:15pm(just in time for the after work crowd where the gym is most full. When the gym is most full...it has the most 'bitches' in there...which brings more drama...he LOVES that stuff...)

Walks in w/ his ginormous gym bag over his shoulder...bouncing off his lower legs...got the bandana on...headphones around his neck...mid-conversation on his cell-phone which is rumored to be surgically stiched to his face...'taps fists' as a way of a hello to 15 different people...finally hangs up...walks over to cardio...gets back ON the cell phone...has a quick conversation like this..." who dis...awww wassup babygirl...is you is my Boo? I be gettin my swole on up in here up in here...hol' up hol' up lemme hit you back...(another call comes through)...'hello...who dis? awww...wassup my babygirl...you know I be thinkin bout you...want me to come see you babygirl...you know you is my boo...hol' up hol' up lemme hit ya back...I be gettin my swole on...'

He'll warm up a little and talk shop w/ everyone around him...NEVER thinking about the task at hand...

Now he'll hit the weight room...he'll first text message some bitch which is something along the lines of..." you is my baby boo...holla at you later. Chris"

He'll do a set...take 15 minutes between sets and talk shop and try to 'holla' at some lower-backed tounge studded little trick on the leg press near him. Do another set his phone blows up with some hip/hop ring tone...' tryin to catch me ridin dirty tryin to catch me ridin dirty...' he'll answer like this...'hello, who dis? awww wassup babygirl...wat you be doin? huh? tru...tru...oh you be going to pick up Tenisha up over on Crenshaw? tru...tru...aight aight lemme hit you back babygirl...'

Then he'll go clown around by the front desk...and hit on the 19yr old juice bar girls w/ the lower back tats...then he might in between text messages and cell phone calls do another set...

Then he wonders why...and blames baby mama drama and 'personal issues'. All this day in and day out...3-1/2-4hrs in the gym...PLAYIN! Thats his whole problem...he PLAYS to much...all this while Ronnie is sliding a few more plates on and staying focused and doing everything right...all of this when YATES kept his eyes low to the ground and never ever once let his mind wander off his goal...while YATES was in and out and DONE with his workout in under 60minutes.

I hope Cormier reads this to!

Fricken hilarious Block!!

When ive been to golds venice, that is exactly what cormier did...exactly!! He rambled to the stairmaster in his football jersey wearin, electronics stuffed head. Bothered some girl next to him for 20 minutes hitting on her and getting shot down while taking calls on his cellphone. He wasnt really moving on the stair either ( slumped over forward so he could try to get in the girls face)

Then came that T.V. show with steve erckle as the nerd, and we knew they were just as weird as us.
Its never been the same since.
Yesterday i was in a store and at least 5 bruthas were on there cells talkin and waving their hands all around being overly dramatic and animated....it was a show for sure.
Just laugh and keep goin.

I was writing to Blockhead, specifically.

Personally, I see black guys who seem to like the attention of being on their cell all the time, but it doesn't always break along racial lines. Some of you see what you want to see because it fits into some racist negative stereotype you already created in your mind. At the gym I currently frequent, its usually the white guys yapping on their cell phones instead of training. Most of conversations consist of, "What are you doing tonight? I dunno bro, what about you?" Completely nonsense. No wonder their physiques look like they don't work out.
