I saw both the brothers doing cardio and reading scripts at Golds this past Thursday. They are still in shape too.

David arrived here yesterday at noon and we trained at 12:30. It was good seeing him. Lost allot of weight. Told me he weighed 220. Still has his chest. Very vascular. He trained light for about 15 reps. He says he likes to train his core more now. He uses a barbell with one 25 lb plate on each side. He stands above it and bends over grabs the bar and rolls it out straight till he is fully extended then pulls back up. He does 25 of these pretty easy. It is like using one of those wheels on the ground when you are on your knees and you extend out. They only thing it is allot harder doing it his way. legs straight and all the way out and all they way up. Looks good. We may hit Hilo this Friday for a shoot and a great dinner at the Seafood Buffet at the Naniloa Hotel in Hilo. The best seafood buffet in the world. I'll get some pics and post them up when I see him again. He is here for 2 to 3 weeks.

hey onlyme awesome post,awesome info.yeah i knew that David does that exersize for his abs-i guess he can do around 50 reps like that,just incredible-this is an exersize that very few people would even attempt,this is same thing that either bruce lee did or jackie chan did but they are only light weight guys.If any of u think u can do this out there(and your over 220lbs.)just see for yourself(and i mean the way DAVID does them).Looking forward to some more info and such Onl.

What people may not realize about the Twins are most of the movies they played in were actually written for them. No casting calls looking for a BB but the actual movie was written around them. There size, looks and personality. Other than Arnold and maybe Reeves no other BB's had the success the twins had. Even though they never competed they were known as BB's and among the strongest around.

yep that is true,i guess that is what David told Keith.Keith said he even drinks green algae.Don't know about his training/nutrition routine but hopefully onlym will get that info.

He also drinks the Cayanne pepper drink everyday. Up to a gallon. I have been doing iot and it really does clean you out. It seems to be very popular. The way he eats now is far from the gallon of ice cream at one sitting or whole pies. He has alwasy been ripped even at 275.

He actually has to go back early now. He is leaving tommorrow. So we are going to lunch before he off to the airport. He'll be back sometime next month. I am starting to put together an AWESOME website for him now. It will feature some of the best photos of bodybuilders and fitness girls anywhere on the web. It will also feature snipets of his music and videos. He is giving me some unreal material to work with. I have to agree with Keith and Dodger and others on this Board that David and his brother are two great guys and among the best characters in this bodybuilding arena.

I've known them since their first appearance in Gold's when we used to refer to them as the "Lumberjacks" because of their training attire.

As I mentioned before, David (?), I still get them both mixed up, made me an audiance of one one Sunday afternoon on the Venice Beach beachwalk to sing his latest tune while a big crowd gathered around.

Keith, pls send me a coppy of that disk! I loved all their tunes!
