 Me personally, Mikey...I think your goal should be 214-218lbs ON STAGE for the pre-judging...hopefully you can deplete enough water out of you.

 Preferably 214lbs on stage would be best case scenerio. Keep up w/ cardio until Thursday. One hour in morning(no eca or fatburners) and 30 minutes at night(brisk walking) You will be at your highest carb-load that day(350-400grams). Start carbing up after your early morning cardio session in the morning...around 6pm...hit another 30 minutes...that way you keep moving and let the excess glycogen be used properly by the body. Shower then one heavy coat of ProTan by 8pm Thursday night...cut off carbs by 9pm. If you have any...use vanadyl sulfate a couple times that day. Your last meal Thursday...a piece of turkey around 10 or 11...then get some sleep WITH the PRO-TAN caked on you...wear old clothing. Water should probably be around 1/2 gallon that day being cut off by 9pm.

 Friday...take a light shower. Most of the color will come off of you but dont be alarmed...you will be really dark and bronzed still...now depending on how you look...go w/ either 200-300 grams of carbs or 350-450 grams...all depending on how you look...I like to have a big 24oz steak w/ a large sweet potato around 10pm the night before...but thats me. Your protein intake should be about 150 grams that day...water should be about...24-32oz the whole day...cut off water by 9pm. Apply a coat of ProTan...take your time with it...do it right...apply it by 12pm...then another light coat by 7pm.

 Saturday morning...you can maybe do a touch-up here and there if you need it but you probably will be fine. Water is only sips...stop at mcDonalds and get 3 sausage biscuit mcmuffins and 2 pancake meals...30 minutes before stage time eat a couple oatmeal raisin cookies w/ honey on them. Pump up...but STOP pumping up 5 minutes before you actually GO OUT to be judged...catch your breathe and HAVE FUN!

 These are just tips/guides...I know you know how to handle your bidniss...just giving you ideas thats all...holla!

The diet part does, BUT your legs will look way too smooth if you keep doing cardio that close to the show.
Stop all cardio by TUESDAY in my opinion. At this level show (a regional NON qualifier) I think you chose well and will do quite well. 1st or 2nd in your class is not out of the question big guy. Good luck.

I remember Mike saying that he intends to keep his BF (relatively) low in the off season and gain mass slowly. Then someone pointed that he doesn't have time to gain weight slowly due to his age. 

I am guessing that once the show is over cardio will be a foreign word to Mike.  Also he could drop his ECA stack and eat more freely.
