dude i think U R SMOKIN THE CRACK.....i still can't understand y there is much hype behind heath..heath got 2 gifts in bodybuilding...any ways in terms of hams heath is waaaaaaay behind a bunch of hamsters..ham kings such as paco bautista,ronnie coleman,lee priest,mustafa have thick and shredded hams..heath is like a small baby compared to these ham monsters

This is a somewhat gay looking pic, but it shows that NOBODY has ever approached Tom Platz when it comes to complete hamstring development.

Platz had good quads (obviously!) but what separates him from other leg monsters of various eras is his complete leg development. I honestly think that his quadriceps development has been matched and even bested by some guys, but none of them has/had his adductor (inner thigh), sartorius and hamstring development. His legs are complete and that's what makes him standout as leg king.

absolutely right...damn his upper legs were huge as hell......i think there r only 2 bodybuilders who can match platz in the leg department r paco pautista and ronnie coleman...other than these two i can't think of any other names....platz did introduce an incredible standard in legs...PLATZ RULZ

Look at the difference in Forearm size in that first pic. Heath is destroying Darrem in every single way. His arms from the back remind me of a young Flex. Perfect arms !
