POWER GYM is rundown. It used to be a hotspot for bodybuilders but that was years before I joined. Now we have mr. montreal that trains there. he is a cool guy!

Thanks for hanging in there for us on the board that have brains. I met you really briefly a year or 2 ago when you were here' to guest pose in Denver. You guys- Mark is an A+ quality bodybuilder and person from what I know. Mark- you look great and don't have flaws.

Probably won't compete again until 2007. Yeah, there is posing on DRIVEN. At Pasadena Gold's Friday morning, Saturday prejudging and finals from the Iron Man.

Well hopefully you will be able to qualify for next years Olympia (I assume that's your goal).

Reply appreciated, Mark. Glad to know DRIVEN includes your great posing from the IM, and really look forward to watching the DVD.
But I'll also look forward to your return to competition next year. Taking several months off the the pressures of competition is probably a good idea.

I have noticed that you are lacking in the mass area and especially in the arms. Although its not as bad as Milos.

What I would suggest you do is 20 sets of 20 reps 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. Then every 2 weeks take 4 reps away until you end up with 6 reps of 20 sets on your last week. This routine is garanteed to add 3-5 inches on your 12 incher arms and you will truly be a stud.

Oh and for overall mass you should really try the freeweights they have placed in a forgotten corner of baleys gym.
