Just look at them and you should get all your answers.. they are usually skinny little men with bitch tits which is a common side effect of smoking.

What about Marcus Ruhl? He is a big smoker and I wouldn't call him small by any means.

Also, interesting you brought up the bitch tits, Anthony Roberts has now come out with some claim that nicotine can actually have a positive affect on gyno conditions. he states in a recent interview that while on cycle he was out of nolva so he bought some nicorette and the gyno cleared up. Is this for real? I have my doubts, but either way smoking is not a good idea.

Funny you've said this. Just the other day I seen this lady in her gym outfit who obviously looked as if she just worked out. And was standing near the front door smoking. I don't get that.

Yes.
That is a frequent topic of discussion over on Lyle's site.
Do a nicotine search at bodyrecomposition.com to learn how to use it properly.

Why did I happen on this on the very rare moment when I am smoking a cigar?

i used to be a heavy smoker... now i'm  a "social" smoker (smoke when i'm drunk) and i've not noticed any difference with, without, heavy or light smoking.  does anyone know the affect nicotine has on cortisol?

Depends how much you smoke prob.  I have friends that smoke on say friday or sat only and doesnt effect them at all.  But if your talking a pack a day or more im sure thats got to have some negative effects.

I know some very smart people who smoke.  It's an enigma.  Can't figure it out.

Some of the fastest guys on all of the football teams I played on were smokers.  Hated those guys.

There's a heart attach waiting to happen...a fat guy who smokes. It is funny to me how with as much as we know about how bad smoking is...people still start that habit. It is one thing to be hooked when ya didn't know how bad it was for you until it was too late, and another to start after the info is there. To each his own I guess.

Not when he was competing. He started after he wigged out.

Anybody who smokes and says it doesn't effect them is in a state of denial about it.
