DEAR WORKOUT JOURNAL,

today i was at the gym again, like normal trolling the bathroom for guys, when i actually did try to ..you know life those heavy things..weights i think...when some guy ask me for a spot...heart all but stopped he was cute 6'1 155 swimmers body i almost fainted.i got to stand over him while he was doing some benchies it was all i could do not to lick him from head to toe...well got to go online and act like a man...ha ha ha if they only knew workout journal...

i think the bandana on the head might just be the worst thing you can wear to a gym. 

Depends how you wear them.  My gym in South Beach is full of bandanas...the trendy model boys are all wearing them now, too.

saw an absolute beast in the gym today, 6'1" 155lbs. ripped wearing a skin tight Hardcore t-shirt get a spot on close grip benches with 155 for 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
