heh thats why I am not giving him advice even though I know a great way to help him.. improve... but I am going to keep it to myself. Besides I have been training twice as long as him. Phil you're a cool cat!

His torso muscles (chest and back) are very thin. He has tremendous potential, but will end up like Lee Priest if he doesn't pay closer attention to his proportions.

Don't worry about the proportions as they will improve over time. It was only April of 03 when I stepped on stage for the first time, so I'll get things in order sooner than later.

Phil will be a high placer in the coming year's ,be interesting to see where he will place in the olympia,great physique and will be marketable as well as shawn ray was.he will get more exposure than coleman,mr olympia is the top title but the past 3 winner's got less cover's than their runnerup's.

No tan sport'n rookie - still had striaghted triceps in his first show. ;D
