i grew up in newark,ironbound section down neck and i remember everyone wearing those,the area was mostly italian and polish and the local thugs used to sport those all the time.there was a spot by st james hospital called muscle beach back in the late 70,s,it was on the corner and all the local juice heads would be hanging out wearing thier gold chains and guinny tees every friday and saturday nights,i was young back then but those dudes looked gigantic

I just saw a guy at the grocery store wearing one.  I felt like asking him what the hell posessed him to wear that.  He looked like a total ass.

i used to back in high school. I went to a Catholic one that had uniforms, but once every month we could wear our own clothes. NAturally I would bust out my tightest short sleeve shirt and constantly pump up my arms every couple minutes. LOL

Nawadays I stay covered up all year round. I prefer long sleeve shirts that highlight my overall frame. Im a fairly conservative dresser now.

Not quite.  That looks like a regular tank top.  Wife beaters are a thinner material, usually ribbed - an old mans undershirt.

If I had big arms I might but I would say I am cursed with smallarms disease.  Biceps are easily my least favourite thing to train. 

I should probably take off my skirt and start working on them harder
