I knew that he was guest posing at a show tonight that night but I had no Idea that he'd stop in to train. The gym was empty because everyone was at the prejudging.
I asked Jay if he had a music CD that he wanted to train to. Jay asked me to put in something good....some rap...maybe some Dr Dre (I felt owned because I was listening to my disco mix
). I put in some old DMX mix that was in a pile of old cd's.
He asked me where the heavy dumbells were. I told him thew 200lb dumbells were on the floor under the rack.
His workout:
Flat bench 315 x 12
Incline dumbell press 160lbs x 12
Decline press 315 x 10
alternate dumbell curls 55lbs for like 15 (i took some pics on my cell phone)
dumbell preachers 50lbs for at least 12-15

I asked Jay 2 questions. 1) what he thought about Ronnies torn tricep. 2) if Phil Heath could be top 10 at the Olympia
He said that he doesnt think that Ronnies tricep was torn. He says that he thinks that Ronnie has real bad tendonitis and that has caused that one tricep to atrophy. He said that Phil Heath will be top 5 at the Olympia.
