ive been training on an empty stomach now for years and i feel fine,I've tried eating before working out in the morning to see if i noticed any benefits like extra strength and such,i noticed nothing so i just get up and go to the gym,if it working i never question why its working i just go with the flow,I've found i get alittle leaner training on an empty gut in the morning also,its a preferance thing i guess when it boils down to it
