I dont think thats ordinary at all. My best is 500lb squat, 565 dead (sumo), and only a 380lb bench (blew my pec at 390 attempt). All in all that shit is heavy no matter gear or no gear. I can remember the first time doing three plates as well as four plates on squat. The three plates was heavy as shit....and I didnt think I was going to get it. The four plates felt like it was going to bury me even though I knew I could get it.

He does have good genes and looks on roids here but its not impossible. I have an asian friend who has got I'd say even better genetics but he is 100% natural and acts a lot like sarcasm here. Grumpy and cowardly

There needs to be a proper system of judging in place. People on here have multiple accounts and hidden agendas - leaving the scoring open to manipulation. Why not have a panel of impartial, incorruptible judges: maybe Ron, Onlyme, Rhino, Horton, Shawn and Hrdcore. A good mix of people from different ends of the spectrum.

well how do you know they have not already done that?...you don't. There is no way at all to know over the internet if someone's picture,that THEY have posted,whether now or in the past, is really them.

You can take a picture of yourself , then hide face, but also hold up a peice of paper saying your screen name with a phrase like " JAEJONNA ID FOR MR. GETBIG " and date it!!

If Frozzor does this competition using his own pictures then I think all should be forgiven....

By the way, I've already figured out a fair and equitable scoring system; a list of rules and regulations etc is on the way... Adonis doesn't seem to mind if I run it (I pm'ed him)... but I'm just waiting for someone to object to me organising and expediting this thing.

Anyone object??

I'd prefer a definite mandate to flacidly tacit consent so if you DO want me to head it up post that too... I'll need an agreement from at least a majority of the contestants in order to reign this together.

If no one minds me running this then I'll put up all the info on the Natural Board this coming weekend...
-format
-rules and regulations
-judging process and criteria
-dates
-eligibility
-classes and divisions
-an FAQ covering any other queries

i have nothing to lose ny doing this,i already posted pics of me smoothed out so when i get in decent shape it will be good,plus its a great motivational tool for me,trust me,when your married and 41 years old you use whatever tools presented to you for extra motivation
