I think that list is pretty acurate.

I'll do a thread and Hedge or Ron could stick it.

looks like it is going to be a good little competition.

Like I said earlier, if the pics are taken from a correct angle it will be easy to Judge. ( note to Adonis: No weird angles  >:()

Well, pics like mussolini threw up there practiacally in the dark, LOL would be autmalitcally disqualified.See Arvillas Pics folks? IN a cardio room at your gym, somewhere well lit..No "LOOK HOW BIG I LOK IN THE SHADOWS DOOOOD" hahah..

totally agree... as well all photos should be sent to a non-competitor in hi-res via email, then they can post them online to eliminate photoshoping

I wish people would stop accusing Adonis of being on the gear. Aside from being an immense ego boost for him, it is a grotesque insult to the power of steroids. They make people grow - all over, not just the biceps.

To prevent lighting tricks and shadows.  I think the pics should be outside and a standard distance of 6-8 feet.  Im not a photographer tho, so maybe someone who is can give us some advice on that.

This will prevent some from going to proffesional studios for pics, or using unreal shadows.

240 or bust    will oversee this stuff im sure.

And entry needs to be done within a week....so we dont have a bunch of debate threads on who should be allowed to join.   Most guys are training for top shows in summer so they may come out of the woodwork.     Guys like dzulboy will be an average physique here soon!!!


Also a callout to::     MESO,  MYSEONE.....get in here.

war horse has said the correct imo,not knockin no ones build cause you guys look pretty good but i think some guys will pop out of nowhere that look like little ronnies or yates and shake things up alot,just my opinion and i could be wrong
