I had to consult the "Principia" by sir Issac Newton and then take a refraction reading of the light form the sun and figured in the light shadows from the hippo. The pose took hours of pre -planning but was well worth the effort.
I compare to Arnold up on muscle rock hitting his famous dbl bi, now we have me "Howie" hitting a Hippo lean single bi , twisting calf shot

That momment alone might make the 16 weeks of diet well worth it...not.
Looks like Vince will have to go it alone at this one.
I did a 40 min jog-plod with my dog tonight, felt great. I am hooked again on running.
Maybe VG can run against me in a 5k, but he would most likely beat me , seriously,  am a slow distance runner.

i swim a kilometer in a pool and walk alot everyday.  too much risk to run/jog in manhattan environment.  my joints are already stressed from weighlifting.
