Previously this year (prior to all this PDI mess), it was stated that Vinny was going to  compete in the USA this year as a heavyweight.  Just for your own pride, why not take one last shot at a pro card with the USA, or the North America on Sep 15??  You win your pro card there, and then jump to PDI...  Just a thought.

I remember Ray Mentzer used to train this doctor in the morning.  Whenever I got to the gym he would tell when the doctor would throw-up during the workout.  He loved it when he trained the doctor and he threw up.

my wife thinks i'm crazy when i come home and crash on the living room floor and say i puked during legs -

Honestly, just a good shot. My pics are never taken by professional, and George showed me how to pose them, get on them a little more. Also, I have been doing higher re/higher volume, to catch up to my upper body. My waist is getting smaller, so that is going to make them look bigger as well.
