I know alot of the stuff is on BB.com but not everything. it is $29.99 and seemed like a good deal...

Figured I would ask before buying....

As for Synthol...what's the difference.....Synthol, Esiclene, Test...whatever it takes to be #1...

As far as my two biggest fans: jaejonna and sarcasm - I have even better offer: if they can complete as many reps (any arm exercise) as my wife Milamar can - they'll get DVD for free...
Well, even if they can do HALF amount of reps - I'll still give them the DVD...

Im down to do such that , show me your wife doing an arm exercise in a video or something , and I will do at LEAST HALF of that rep at the same wieght , I even went so far as to remove my previous 'ignorant' post as a jesture of goodwill and sportsmanship to further my chance in recieveing your 'Secret from the Pros' DVD, if it is anything like your BB.com segments then I will greatly appreciate your DVD to the fullest. I do have to say Milos, I have incorporated the "rest/Pause" advice with the flat bench and a month in, I feel the difference!

They were called to Rhodos to prove what they claim...

Let Koloseum Gym be your Rhodos...You don't need to duplicate the weights my wife would lift - you just need to take the weight that she lift and do half amount of reps - it's that simple!
