vegetarian isnt healthier....eating fish and chicken, some lean red meat once in awhile is healthier than being a vegetarian
Agree 100 %. BTW, someone once said Vegetarians don't live longer - their lives just SEEM longer (due to boredom etc)

Cosco's, Sam's Club, BJ's or whatever are definately the answer to your question. You can buy in bulk and buy an extra freezer for under $200. In the end the savings will pay for the freezer and continue to save you money. You'll literally pay 1-4 dollars a pound less on meat and fish, and much less on frozen vegetable, rice, potatoes, yams, cans of tuna, etc.

I am a lacto octo vegeterian i do not eat meat so i am spending most of my money on Protien Powder. Its frustating $250 dollars a week for food. I do not plan on whoring a sugar daddy or mummy. There should be a bill in congress to allow food as a tax deduction on serious bodybuilders, Amatuers pros.
Start eating meat. Getting most of your protein from powder is not a good idea or good nutrition. Thats why its called a "supplement".

Vince Taylor eats twice a day and has a nice glass of scotch to kick back in the evenings but for most of us without their extraordinary genetics it would not be as productive.

Hendrix, problem numero uno is this: "I am lacto octo vegeterian." How bout you cut that stupid shit out and start eatin meat...leave the all vegetable diet shit to the women and queers. Meat tastes better, is less expensive and you won't come off as such a candyass thumbsucker.....voila problem solved!!!
No offense.

I take in whey and skim milk 1-2 times per day if I can't get in regular meals.......I supplement. If the protein portion of a diet is 90% supplementation then you've already missed the boat. And exactly as Sarcasm said, I too would be shittin my guts out with all that liquid cause that powder doesn't go down well with water....gotta have a least skim milk and that shit will eventually tear me up if drink enough. Hendrix, go get a fuggin steak!!

Let's face it though...to eat clean and healthy is not cheap
Look at any fast food place...
Hamburgers - $.99 Chicken Sandwhich $2.99
As someone else said Costco is my best friend as well.....15 dozen eggs for $9-$11
Less than $1 a dozen...

actually i've found eating clean and better is less expensive on a per meal basis than most fast food restaurants.

Exactly, in order to get in enough protein...even from a fatty fast food source......I'd shell out $12/meal at McDonald's or wherever.

I read it on the Ironager site, I put a pic of Padilla up and he (danny) responded (with class and indiffrence, something missing from the pros who lurked in the 90s and are from hungary) , then someone was like Danny, 60-90 grams of protein ...it was never argued

What in god's name makes you think a chicken sandwich from a fast food place is "clean and healthy"? Look at the actual nutrition information... chances are, it's just as bad as the burger. You got to go with the grilled chicken for fast food, only bad thing is bun and it cost 3-4$

I guarantee he's way healthier for it in the long run. If I wasn't well-off enough to afford organic grass-fed meat and my only choice was the crap produced by the commercial meat industry, I'd be a vegetarian too.
Same here. Except I'm not well off but I buy grass fed anyway. Whole foods gets about a quarter of my income.
