He was a sheriff in California somehwhere. This is actually true. Ask Shawn. Freak  Basically he would escort prisoners to and from court. And go to peoples houses and drop off subpoenas. Seriffs are basically bodygaurds for the courthouses. Nothing like a cop.

Flex started heavy gear at age 18, correct? And he said when the DEA visited him (late 04?) that the agents had been following him for eight or nine years, training where he did and watching him.

Actually, it is different in different states. In california, sherriffs are the same as police. In Pa. It is like you say, officers of the court. Depends on the state. And I think he was a sherriff, at one time.

That is true Rhino, I was wrong in this instance to say that all sheriffs are the same..... in texas they are the same as police but in NJ they are more court personel.

he wasnt a sheriff. he worked for the san jose pd or somthing like that.. and yes, sheriffs in cali at least work the jails and courts, but also on the streets as well just like any other cop.

he should have stuck with being a cop.. good pay and pension, u cant go wrong with that... bb= no health insurance, no retirement, no pay if you get injured, the need for drugs etc.. plus the benefiets of a bad heart/kidneys is always nice!
