Looks more like that particular camera took away six inches in height (and probably a fair amount of muscle also) and added 30-40 pounds of fat to Austin.

This is John Romano. He used to be married to Shelly Beattie (Siren) of American Gladiators. Shelly Beattie used to be a competitive female bodybuilder. She was amazing.

I used to watch American Muscle a long time ago on ESPN and John Romano would be some sort of chef who showed you how to make high protein, nutritious food catering to bodybuilders. I wish American muscle was back on the air again ...I used to love that show...it was the first time I saw Shawn Ray, Flex Wheeler, Demey, etc..
