So here's the deal, I feel like I've pretty much hit a plateau and I'm looking for a good NEW supplement to help me breakthrough it. I'm 30 and have been working out for about 10 years, 6'0 and 180lbs. My diet is pretty much in good shape. I started as a hardgainer, but have made good progress over the 10 years by using some supplements.
I have taken over the years:
Creatine
Cell Mass
1 AD
Andro Poppers
No Xplode (finishing up now)
Cytodyne
So I'm looking to try something new. Anyone got any ideas after reading what I've already tried? I feel strong, but don't see myself getting much bigger.
