the protein depends on what she has ate all day.So i hope at lease 500 grams But I do have all you can eat prime rib every wensday.(awsome stuff )

Did legs today too! Squatted hard, love to squat, but gotta be easy there, legs are my best body part so I only squat about once every 3 weeks. "If the bar ain't bending your just pretending" then had some major food, now I just wanna lay around.
