I got a full tub........hated every second of trying to get it down...plus for the price, dext and creatine is your best bet...........

Buddy Art gave me some when he first came out with it and that was the basic response from those I passed it on to  :-\

I dont mind the taste or texture or whatever

Does it work?

Ps....lugar, Vitargo dosnt use dextrose it uses a complex carb

I love the Nutrex brand....

First and only creatine that does not bloat my stomach, does not give my cramps nor the runs (which is a side effect of too much creatine in the body)...

It is pricey but well worth it...

I blend the Fruit Punch with Strawberry Designer...

Shaking is ok but blending is the best....
