Jack looking great for 10 weeks out. Quad sweet MUCH improved as well as arms. Arms look alot better but still need a little work. Upper chest is lacking. All in all great improvments! Very impressed with the legs. You brought them up alot from where there were.

I was incorrect- the show is Sept 16. He's actually 14 weeks out. He's in pretty good shape already

Word!!!! He looks fantastic for 14 weeks out. Jack never claimed to be blessed with the best structure he has made some serious improvments with what he has. To say he looks terrible is bullshit.

I know I have to be biased cause I'm his web guy and all... but all of that aside, I admit I am pretty damn impressed by his shape. Arms look better than ever, as do quads, and he already has some veins despite being 3.5 months out. He could very well be the most ripped man onstage... and given his message board notoriety and familiarity from fans, he could make a nice dent at the NOC. Imagine him knocking off a former IFBB pro or two... that'd be some news!

I dunno. Original photog took them yesterday and sent them to me today. I just darkened them a tad to match the fonts and border. So nothing on my end.

Most photographers do their own Photoshopping.

I concur slightly with the last couple of posts. Yeah, it's awesome, and great, and all that when someone from getbig is dieting for a contest, and posting pics, and I do give you credit, Rhino for trying hard, and working hard. Honestly though Jack, you are on par, quality- wise with maybe the 9th through 13th, 14th place guys at a national show, say the USAs, or the Nationals. That's the truth....but I still think that you look damn good.

Thank you everyone for the feedback, good and bad.

1st) the pics are not airbrushed. I don't look that good....

2nd) The loose skin is just because I am not ready yet, but more so the way I had my hands, it was pushing on my skin, that alwys comes tighter for me.

3rd) I am very happy with the pics, I am bringing the parts that need to be brought, and again I apreciate those who see the differences and supprt the work I am putting into this.

I am not genetically gifted and am doing everything I can to over come.....

As far as shawn Ray, umm nobody cares what you think anymore(LOL). You are really destroying yourself with your conduct, I feel bad for you.

Good for you Rhino, follow your dreams mate, just by your response you have won a new fan in me, my post was actually not meant as an insult, im one of the few people who won an ifbb pro card years ago but declined it sighting similar reasons to yourself, i have no regrets and im making a comeback as an amateur, got the kids and picket fence instead actually scared the shit out of me seeing Venice for the first time in 97 and seeing how pros lived and how broke most of them were and how un rewarding the sport is financially, decided to go and sort my finances out first, now having a midlife crisis and coming back hope to do the nationals and keep my life insurance policy if you know what i mean.

After checking the pics again,its the only thing that seems not up to par with the rest of you.
All those remarks about your arms were seriously retarted.

And with so much time to improve you will probably come in DICED and look way better....looking forward for some updates.
