I think it all depends on your diet.
Agreed. Diet is the key...all the right gear in the world won't do a thing if your diet is not on point.
As far as what you can run, well, the list is huge and could go on and on. Make sure test of some sort is your base, after that feel free to try out a number of combos...tren-a is fantastic and winny, masteron along with clen and t-3 are all good options. Halo is another option, I've never run it before, but I will be come July for the first time and I'm very eager to see how it plays out at the end of my contest prep.
