second cycle how does this sound?

week 1-4 dbol 40mg
I am still waiting on my nolva. I am still not sure when to start it for pct either because of the deca being a long ester didn't use it in my first cycle. I didn't use any pct either my first cycle. I went by what my boy told me which made me lose about 20lbs after my cycle or more. I used 1 anadrol50 a day instead of the dbol too. I am open to suggestions on improving this cycle. I also was thinking of getting some hcg too if it might help. figured what the hell I will post here before I start my cycle maybe I can use what I got better. Here is a total list of what I have maybe I need to bump up or lower the dosages. maybe run the cycle a little longer? I don't know you guys might have the answers i need.

My first cycle was pretty much just thrown together by the person I got it from. I shouldn't of trusted him not that I am a little more informed. here what I ran
1-14weeks aratest 250mg
1-7weeks anadrol50mg
7-14weeks stenox unsure of the mg but I took 2 a day they were in blister packs that said atlantis or something like that.
I had horrible headaches at times during the cycle. Felt like fainting that last couple weeks too. My boy screwed me on my clomid too. He said he had it but when I needed it he said sorry bud I got you another vail of aratest though. He said he didn't understand why I though I needed the clomid anyway. He never seemed to need it or any pct. I seen the guy a few weeks ago he is a scrawny 160lbs now serves him right for screwing me up. I guess he only wanted to make money didn't care that his cycle advice sucks and that I had no pct. Im lucky I have a liver left too. I went and had blood work done a year or so after that though and everything checked out fine.

the deca and test are to close in doses. it should be test 500 mg deca 200mg

or maybe to  increase test up to 750 mg a week,

I would increase the Test to 700-750 and thus the deca at about 300-350. I would also do dbol at 50mgs a day

He might get away with the test/deca ratio you mentioned, 500mg test/400mg deca, but most won't, so why chance it...it's just a little too close IMO.

50 mg dbol is possible ,  but no more than 4 weeks,,,

 on my first time i use test 500 mg and deca 400 mg ...
