Hey can somebody clarify something for me?  Concerning the poundages and sets listed, does he do the same weight for 2 sets, or is the weight listed the max weight for the last work set?   Thanks.

He's significantly stronger in the offseason.  475lbs squats for reps for example.

Rob Hope squats 220kg in the gym and 240kg in powerlifting comp for a single and 260kg in the gym and has done 280kg in powerlifting comp. I think his bench is bad but that is good it shows us he is human. Check him out on www.pronaturalmuscle.com.
He had DVD clips on the site you can see him double 260kg on the deadlift and that was only a couple of weeks after winning the WNBF Pro Worlds.

I think he blows Skip Lacour outta the water.  He looks much more natrual too, esp. in the face.

I believe that the workout posted may have been him 'easing back into it' after taking a week off.

He follows that Max O/T training, and if I remember correctly, they take a week off every couple of months.

I met Jeff at the Arnold Classic, really nice guy and passionate about the sport.  Really thick dude too.

Well he's big enough to be one of the best natural bodybuilders in the world today-twice(and current) WNBF Overall Pro World Champion.

Rob Hope-I'm not sure what Jeff Willet has won but agree he looks fantastic.Rob reminds me of a natural Flex Wheeler-unreal genetics.

When talking about poundages I always remember what I see in every gym.  Guys doing half presses for shoulders presses and incline dumbbell presses.  Guys doing very short range leg presses and squats.  Shallow dips with massive weight.  Doing chins with a jerking quarter range of motion.  How do you compare poundages when guys have such a cheating form to impress their small ego?

Those poundages were really impressive for a natural.  I guess for a big roid user it's buisness as usual on the juice.  Off the juice that's another matter.

i agree i hate the guys that bench and the bar is at least 6 inches away from there chest, or guys that load up 3 plates and barely bend there knees, id rather go lighter and get better form
