Well fellas, thanks for welcoming me aboard. The guy that out lifts me benches 500. I can bench 405 with a pause, squat 605, and pull 565. I'm hoping with the AAS, I can achieve 700 squat, 600 pull, 500 bench. We'll see. I just want to do the shit right and not f**k myself up. What do you guys recommend? My friend said that I should use anadrol 50, winny, and clomid. Comments?
It really depends on what you're looking for.. pure strength? size? cuts? hard lean muscle? anadrol and winny is a very strange stack, your friend has no clue what he's doing whatsoever. The base around here (getbig) has always been Test E (enanthate) around 500mg.
Then you can add all sorts of exotic compounds and build a really solid stack.
It seems to me like you're intersted mostly in strength and numbers, so if anything I'd say:
Test E 750mg/week
Anadrol 50mg/day
Deca 500mg/week (for the joints on those heavy liftts)
Nolvadex 20-40mg/day
keep arimidex on hand in case of emergency (all 3 substances aromatize VERY easily)
come off with proper PCT (HCG, Nolvadex, Clomid)
That alone should put on a good 40lbs. on you, especially it being your first cycle.
