Damn, One thing King knows how to do and that is get big in the offseason, no problem with that though.
Johnnie (sp) Jackson is the same way he loads up on Mc donalds, wonder what foods Kamali loads up on I heard it was Mc Donalds also? I used to load up on cereals and shipleys and Mc.Donalds,  after about 2 weeks  you feel like shite, I don't know how the general public goes through life feeling like that ???

hes cleaned and jerked nearly 600 pounds.

2 time olympic champion and world record at the over 105kg,

mark henry etc have competed at this event/weightclass
