If Tamali kept close to competion weight instead of ballooning up to 300 and fat he would look a lot better.I have a proposal for King if he lets me have a night with his wife i will shout him Macdonalds for a year.

He thinks he is on par with Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler ... seriously.

He would actually brag about his offseason weight and make outrageous forecasts.
Thing is, although I'm sure his scale weight was comparable to the upper echelon bodybuilders like Ronnie and Jay, a much smaller percentage of that weight was quality muscle.

I understand Ronster and Jay at 300 pounds they still carry around plenty of Muscle,But i am being a Hypocrite i was 320 about 3 months ago and Sumo sized i am down to 265 at the moment,But the problem being natural you can not hold on to the extra muscle when you diet.
Now drugs Kamali could take a leaf out of Darrem Charles book i bet darrem does not weigh more than 15 pounds above his contest weight.There is no exscuse for Kamali to be that out of shape,No exscuse at all, With all the drugs he take he will still lose muscle when dieting down.Its smart for a bodybuilder never be more than 20 pounds above his contest weight.

In all fairness it is a shot of him in the offseason. Lee priest has looked worse so what's the big deal. Come contest time they're ready but 6 months prior who's going to be judging them other than you?
