I've searched the archives and can't find exactly what I'm looking for. Wondering what vitamins most are taking and what amounts seem to work the best besides just taking a multi-vit. Vit B, C, E, A, Fish Oil, Fiber. if I missed an archive articles I apologize. I looked at about 20 and they didn't clear anything up. So figure figured you guys that have been in the game a while may be of some help.
