It's raisins...

I know this thread is a joke, but how can people not see that's raisin packages? 

33g of carbs per serving.  Essentially a combination of fructose and glucose.  With a majority of the carbs coming from fructose.  Also a dehydrated carb source.  These three variables make it an essential nutrient in The Chad's insulin protocol.
