i would train in the same gym in wich yates trained while filming for blood and guts...any 1 got any idea wat is the name of that gym..as far as i know its not temples gym....

Both Temple and Metroflex look like awesome hardcore dumps to workout in, but I'd give a slight nod to Metroflex just for temperature.  It's in Texas which means severe heat and I always get a better workout when I'm able to sweat up a storm.  Both would be awesome though.

 I'd go w/ TEMPLE GYM w/ LeRoy Davis as my trainer/partner...like RAMBONE said.

 Both are the best BB gym/atmosphere known to all of mankind but...gotta go w/ Temple on this one...it's in a basement so the feeling of knowing you're 'underground' and 'buried away' appeals to me...PLUS...I admit I don't like the extreme heat when training...call me a pu$$y all you want at least I admit it.

Yeah, I dont want to train when its 100 degrees indoors. Metroflex is the most hardcore in my opinion but I dont want to have a mild heat stroke and be sweating my balls off while training. Being in a dark basement is where its at

 I think the FLEX EQUIPMENT unilateral bicep machine is more superior than the new Nautilus version...Temple Gym HAS the old school chain driven Nautilus bicep machine.
