I remember heinz posting at professionalmuscle.com. He was bulky ass hell offseason, easily over 20% bf at 300 pounds. He trained pure HIT too, like 2 workouts a week, superslow and stuff like that. His cycles were crazy too, like 5 grams of test, and lot´s of other stuff like synthol.

you think that just because Mike came in 3rd out of 3 compettitors he's not a true champion?? Well maybe you missed it but Mike took the BRONZE and won a trophy. If that is not good I don't know what is.

It was his first local natty comp and he placed. Even though he came in with little muscle size, unpolished posing, and an unfavorable structure. He still managed to come in 3rd. That is a triumph over adversity and it is why we call him a TRUE CHAMPION. i KNOW THAT must make you jealous but it would be healthier for you to deal with those feelings with a therapist then to come on the internet and put down other people to improve your self-esteem

i knew a kid who was taking tons of legit sauce and all he got was giant zits on his body and a slight strength increase,some peoples receptors just dont grab the juice i guess.he ate right and worked out hard but still no gains,weird the way some guys get huge as hell while others get barely nothing
