I just started really getting into the whole bodybuilding thing about 3 months ago but I've been training hard for 4 months solid. I worked out on and off since I was 14. I had a neck injury that kept me out of the gym for several months prior to me beginning bodybuilding. I don't plan on competing for about another year. I want to gain more mass and then cut down.
