Yeah the guy needs to hit the squat rack hard. But his legs didnt look THAT bad. Need some sweep and more thickness but he was in shape. Part of his problem was as another guy said, the way he stood and how he posed them. Overall a showing to be proud of.
Well, Arvilla is a personal trainer and all, should have no problem with form then I guess.
But perhaps he may want to look into his squat form, check how deep he goes, and also, if he's turning the lift more into a good morning rather then a squat. You want to avoid "dipping" the upper body.
Perhaps exchange some of the squats for ass to calves front squats.
A tight groin area definitely will cause this.
IMO, everyone can build big legs. It's just those who can build giant legs on very little work that stands out. Everyone else needs to put in some grueling workouts to get there.
